I’m going to try the Mr T 4-point plan to help me de-stress. I tried quitting coffee but that lasted about 12 hours. I’ve considered learning to deal with difficulties in a constructive way…but that’s way too much like hard work. So as Mr T says…
1. Stay in school (I’d love to leave but I’m stuck here until I finish my PhD!)
2. Don’t do drugs (caffeine is NOT a drug)
3. Brush your teeth (I’m going to excel at this)
4. Drink your milk (easy)

Milk drinking is yucky–unless it’s soy milk in my coffee.
